Northland Lodge Reservations

Thank you for considering a stay at Northland Lodge. Since our availability information changes rapidly we do not provide that information online. Instead, please fill out our Availability Form or call our Toll Free Reservations Number:
1-800-272-2338 for availability and to reserve your cabin.

Once we have confirmed your reservation by phone, we ask that you send in our reservation form along with the deposit listed per cabin per week. This form must be filled out completely, signed and mailed to us at:
Northland Lodge, 17207 Winnie Dam Road NE, Deer River, MN 56636.
We will hold a cabin for 7 days from the date of our telephone conversation to allow time for your reservation form and monies to reach us. The names of all persons staying in the cabin must be listed on the reservation form.

Check-In: After 3 p.m.
Check-Out: By 9 a.m.

Deposits are non-refundable unless your cabin or campsite is re-rented for the full reservation.  Your deposit will be refunded less a $50 fee as long as the cabin or campsite is re-rented for the full reservation. You are responsible for the entire length of your reservation.  No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Questions? Please email us at stay@northlandlodge.com.

We reserve the right to charge for day visitors.

Pet Policy:  No Pets Allowed except for Hunting Dogs during hunting seasons only. Our pet fee is $15/day or $85/week. Dogs are not allowed in cabins at anytime. ALL dogs must have pre-approval. If you would like to bring a dog, it must have proof of shots, be flea-free, must be leashed, and cleaned up after. We require a $250 refundable pet deposit (deposit is refunded following inspection of resort grounds after checkout). Credit card required. You are financially responsible for any damages caused by your pet. 
Pets are allowed in our campground.  Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, and never left alone in the campground.

All reservations require a 3 night minimum stay.

Extra Persons Charge -- Rates include the number of people stated in the "Rate Based On" column. An extra person charge will be applied for each person exceeding that number.

• Family Rate:  Weekly cabin rental based on one family - parents and unmarried children under age 19; Extra Person Charge does not apply to the Family Weekly Rate

• Nightly Rentals:  Extra Person Charge is $20/person/night

• Weekly Rentals:  Extra Person Charge is $20/person/night or $100/person/week

All cabins have microwaves, coffeemakers, appliances/housewares.

All bed linens are provided.

Towels and washcloths are NOT provided.

Cribs are available but are reserved on a first-asked, first-served basis.

A 6.5% Sales Tax will be applied to all rentals.

VISA and MasterCard Accepted.

In accordance with Federal law and U.S Department of Agriculture policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
